The Cedars of Chapel Hill is a 900,000 sq ft. continuing care retirement community that was constructed in 2 Phases from2004 - 2006 at a cost of $50,000,000. The facility is comprised of six 32-unit Villas, six 12-unit Veranda homes, 50 individual cottages, a full service Clubhouse and an on site Health Center. Additional areas of construction included underground and covered parking along with an extensive site lighting package.
The Cedars Project received the OSHA Annual Safety Award for 2005 and 2006.
