Institutional projects have continued to become a larger portion of Adams revenues over the past ten years with the explosion of young people attending college, resulting in an abundant number of projects at statewide universities and colleges. Duke University, University of North Carolina, and University of North Carolina at Charlotte are just a few of the colleges that offer continuous opportunities. Adams has completed new buildings in the university systems for law, business, nursing, and data technology. Adams has also completed numerous projects for municipalities for administrative, housing, and jail annexes. As the state of North Carolina continues to grow, Adams will be prepared to serve its many needs.
